Minestrone Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. lean salt pork, finely diced, 2 1/2 qt. water, 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes (undrained), chopped, 1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans (undrained) and 1 (15 oz.) can white kidney beans (undrained), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute pork in a large Dutch oven until crisp; drain.
Add remaining ingredients except macaroni and cheese.
