Mincemeat Mini Loaves
Mincemeat Mini Loaves is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. flour, 2 tbsp. baking powder, 1/2 c. butter-flavored shortening or shortening, 2 large eggs and 2 c. ready-to-use mincemeat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease six 5 3/4 x 3 1/4-inch loaf pans.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
With pastry blender or 2 knives used scissor-fashion, cut in shortening until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
In small bowl, beat the eggs with the milk.
Mix the egg mixture, mincemeat, cranberries and walnuts into flour mixture.
Spoon in pans.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
