Million Dollar Fudge
Million Dollar Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. granulated sugar, pinch of salt, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk, undiluted and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Butter an 8-inch square pan.
Set aside.
Into a 2-quart heavy saucepan, place sugar, salt, butter and evaporated milk.
Stirring constantly, cook over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Boil 5 minutes stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Add chocolate and marshmallow crème; stir vigorously and speedily until chocolate is melted and mixture is uniform in color.
At once, stir in the nuts and pour into desired size squares.
Store in airtight container.
