Million Dollar Fudge
Million Dollar Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. semi-sweet chips or coarsely chopped chocolate squares, 1 c. marshmallow cream, 2 c. granulated sugar, 3/4 c. evaporated milk and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Lightly butter a 9-inch square pan.
In a large heat-resistant bowl, stir together the chocolate and marshmallow cream; set aside.
In a 3-quart heavy saucepot, mix the sugar, milk and butter, stirring to combine well.
Over low heat, gradually bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Dip a pastry brush in cold water and wash down the sides of the pot. Continue to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly without touching the sides of the pot.
