Melt candy bars and 1 stick butter together over low heat and set aside.
Cream together sugar and 1 stick of butter; beat well. Add eggs, soda, flour, salt, buttermilk and vanilla.
Fold into mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 60 minutes.
Bake in a Bundt pan.
