Melt bars and 1/2 cup butter over low heat.
Beat remaining butter and the sugar in medium size bowl until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Add flour and soda alternately with buttermilk.
Stir until smooth.
Add melted candy, mixing well. Stir in vanilla and nuts.
Bake in 9-inch Bundt pan at 350Β° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
