Microwave Tyrolean Fish Fillets
Microwave Tyrolean Fish Fillets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. finely chopped onion, 1 lb. fish fillets (whitefish, sole, cod, etc.), 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. italian flavored fine, dry bread crumbs and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In 2-quart oblong glass baking dish, combine onion and butter. Microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
Stir in soup, wine, cheese, lemon juice and parsley.
Arrange fish in soup mixture.
Spoon over fish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika. Microwave, uncovered, on High 12 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes, turning dish once halfway through cooking.
Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
