Microwave Shrimp Creole
Microwave Shrimp Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Place butter, onions, green pepper and garlic in 2-quart glass casserole.
Microwave for about 3 minutes on High or until vegetables are partly cooked.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover with glass lid.
Microwave for 5 minutes on reheat (80% power).
Stir, recover and continue cooking for 7 to 11 minutes on reheat (80% power).
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve over hot rice.
