Microwave Pineapple Upside-Down Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. dark brown sugar, 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can sliced pineapple with liquid and 1 (9 oz.) pkg. one layer yellow cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place butter in 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
Heat in microwave on High for 20 to 30 seconds or until melted.
Blend brown sugar with butter and pack evenly into bottom of dish.

Prepare cake mix as directed on package, substituting pineapple juice for water.
