Microwave Meat Loaf
Microwave Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. prepared mustard, 2 lb. ground beef and 2 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In small bowl, combine tomato sauce, sugar and mustard.
In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and one-half of the sauce mixture.
Put into ring-shaped microwave pan (looks like Bundt pan).
Press in mixture and top with remaining sauce.
Cook, uncovered, on High 14 to 16 minutes.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
