Microwave Glazed Meat Loaf
Microwave Glazed Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground meat, 1 egg, beaten, 3/4 c. milk, 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs and 1 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix meat, egg, milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, green pepper (optional) and tomato sauce together.
Don't overmix or your meat loaf will be tough.
Put meat mixture into a glass loaf dish or microwave dish.
Microwave on Medium-high (70%) for 22 to 24 minutes.
Meat should no longer be pink.
Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
