Microwave Fudge
Microwave Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 (16 oz) box confectioner sugar, 1/2 c. baking cocoa, 1/4 c. milk and 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Place butter in 2-quart glass casserole dish.
Microwave at high setting 1 minute or until melted.
Add confectioner sugar, cocoa and milk; blend well.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir chocolate to blend well.
Add marshmallows pecans and vanilla. Stirring until marshmallows are melted and blended into chocolate mixture.
Pour into buttered 8-inch square baking pan. Cover and chill in refrigerator until set.
Cut into 1-inch squares. Makes 1 3/4 lb.
