Microwave Frosted Cauliflower
Microwave Frosted Cauliflower is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium cauliflower, base removed, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 2 tsp. dijon mustard, 1/4 tsp. salt and 3/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Wash cauliflower and place in 1 1/2-quart casserole with only water that clings to it.
Cover and cook 14 to 16 minutes on High. Rotate dish 1/2 way through cooking time.
Let stand covered 5 to 10 minutes.
Combine mayonnaise, mustard and salt in 2 cup glass measuring cup and heat 1 minute.
Stir to blend, then evenly coat cauliflower.
Top with grated cheese and heat until cheese melts.
