Microwave Chocolate Pudding
Microwave Chocolate Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. granulated sugar, 1/4 c. cocoa, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 1/4 tsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt in a medium size glass bowl.
Gradually stir in milk.
Microwave on High for 5 minutes, stirring once half-way through cooking time.
Microwave on High until mixture is cooked and thickened, about 1 to 2 minutes more.
Stir in butter or margarine and vanilla.
Pour into individual serving dishes.
Press plastic wrap directly onto surface of pudding.
Chill.
