Microwave Caramel Corn
Microwave Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. popped corn, 1 stick oleo or butter, 1 c. brown sugar, packed, 1/4 c. light karo syrup and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Pop corn and place in paper bag.
In large microwave-proof mixing bowl, melt oleo.
Add brown sugar, Karo and salt.
Cook on High until starts to boil; stir occasionally.
Boil for an additional 2 minutes on High (do not stir during these 2 minutes). Remove bowl and add soda and vanilla.
Stir until evenly mixed and foamy.
