Michele'S Truffles is an easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. (4 sq.) semi-sweet chocolate, 1/4 c. unsalted butter and 2 tbsp. liquor (brandy, kirsch, rum, your choice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt chocolate with butter slowly in double boiler or heavy saucepan.
Remove and add liquor, stirring well until liquor is absorbed.
Refrigerate at least 40 minutes or mixture hardens.
Shape into marble sized balls and roll in chocolate jimmies.
