Mexican Tea Cakes(Cookies)
Mexican Tea Cakes(Cookies) is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, powdered sugar, 1 c. flouring soda and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift flour and measure.
Cream butter; add sugar and blend thoroughly.
Mix well.
Add flour.
Form into small balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
Remove from oven and cool slightly, about 3 minutes.
Roll immediately in powdered sugar. Repeat when cold.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
