Mexican Spoon Bread
Mexican Spoon Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream-style corn, 4 oz. can peeled and roasted green chilies, 2 eggs, 3/4 c. milk and 3/4 c. corn meal (yellow), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all above except cheese and chilies.
Put half the batter in ungreased loaf pan; layer with chopped chilies, layer with cheese and add remaining batter.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes or until brown.
