Mexican Sandwiches
Mexican Sandwiches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, chopped, 15 oz. tomato sauce, 1/2 c. salsa and 2 tbsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown meat and onion; drain.
Stir in tomato sauce, salsa, chili powder and olives.
Heat and cook until thick.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
Cut open the hard rolls and haul a cavity out.
Fill with meat sauce; close and wrap individually in foil.
Serve or may be refrigerated and reheated in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
