Mexican Salad
Mexican Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion, chopped, 2 large tomatoes, chopped, 1 lb. longhorn cheese, grated, 1 large head lettuce, chopped and 1 (15 oz.) can chili beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a large bowl arrange in layers the onion, tomatoes, cheese and beans (which have been drained and lightly rinsed).
Next add the lettuce and pour dressing over all.
Place bowl in refrigerator and chill for 1 hour.
Then lightly crush Fritos, adding and tossing well just before serving.
