Mexican Salad
Mexican Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 head lettuce, 2 medium tomatoes, 1 avocado and 4 green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown and drain ground chuck.
Set aside.
In large bowl, break lettuce in bite size pieces, chop tomatoes in small pieces, chop green onions and chop avocado in small pieces.
Mix together.
Add 1 cup grated cheese, picante sauce, meat, Green Goddess, pinto beans and crushed Doritos.
Toss and serve.
Garlic bread is good with the salad.
You can substitute Catalina dressing in place of Green Goddess.
