Mexican Salad
Mexican Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef or ground deer meat, 1 pkg. taco seasoning, 1 large bag doritos chips, 1 lb. velveeta cheese and 1 can ro-tel tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown meat; drain.
Then add seasoning.
Heat Ro-Tel tomatoes.
While tomatoes are heating, cut cheese and add to tomatoes.
When cheese is dissolved, mix the tomato mix with the meat.
Put lettuce and fresh tomatoes into a large bowl.
Break up chips and sprinkle over top.
Pour cheese mixture over all and serve immediately.
