Mexican Pork Chops

Place pork chops on the rack of an unheated broiler pan; season chops with salt and pepper.
Broil 3-inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
Turn chops.
Broil 8 to 10 minutes more or until done.
Brush chops liberally with taco sauce; place chili pepper strips atop chops.
Top evenly with shredded cheese.
Broil just until cheese melts.
