Mexican Pizzas(Hors D'Oeuvres) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 english muffins, 3 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise, 3 heaping tbsp. mustard, 3/4 c. chopped green peppers and 3/4 c. chopped pepperoni, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Split muffins and place on cookie sheet.
Blend mayonnaise and mustard and spread over muffins.
Distribute peppers, pepperoni and cheese over that.
Cut each muffin half into 4 sections.
Bake in 400Β° oven until bubbly (10 to 15 minutes).
Serve hot.
Makes 48 pieces.
