Mexican or Seven-Layer Dip
Mexican Or Seven-Layer Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 soft medium avocados, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 c. chopped green onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Pit and mash avocados.
Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
Spread bean dip in bottom of 9 x 13-inch shallow pan.
Spread avocado mixture. Spread sour cream mixture.
Spread green onion on top.
Sprinkle with tomatoes and black olives.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
May be made the day before.
If fresh avocados are not available, you may substitute an avocado dip.
