Mexican Meat Loaf
Mexican Meat Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil, 1 c. chopped onions, 1 c. chopped green peppers, 2 cloves garlic, minced and 1 packet beef broth and seasoning mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
In a 9-inch skillet, heat oil.
Add onions, green peppers, garlic and broth/seasoning mix.
Saute until onions are translucent.
In mixing bowl, combine sauteed vegetables with remaining ingredients.
Shape into a loaf and place in an 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
Bake until browned, about 45 minutes.
