Mexican Lasagna
Mexican Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 flour tortillas, 2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 envelope taco seasoning and 2 cans diced tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix eggs and Ricotta.
Set aside. Brown meats and drain. Add taco seasoning, onions and tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes. Add chili. Layer in a 9 x 12 baking dish 1/2 meat mixture, 2 tortillas, Ricotta and egg mixture and 1/2 the shredded cheese. Make two layers. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before cutting. It freezes well.
