Mexican Fried Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. raw rice, 1/4 c. oil, 1 tbsp. chili powder, 2 c. water and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Fry the rice in oil in a large skillet (cast-iron, if available) until medium brown; frequent stirring will be necessary. Cool somewhat.
