Mexican Dish is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 14 oz. salsa, 16 oz. nacho chips, 8 oz. taco blend grated cheese (cheddar and monterey jack) and sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown ground beef.
Drain off fat.
Add salsa.
Simmer together for 20 minutes.
In an 8 x 8-inch pan, put down a layer of nacho chips. Cover with a layer of meat/salsa mixture. Sprinkle on a layer of cheese.
Repeat layers until pan is full, ending with a layer of cheese.
Bake at 350Β° until bubbly (20 to 30 minutes).
Serve with sour cream.
