Mexican Dip
Mexican Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger, 1 pkg. dry taco seasoning, 1 (2 lb.) box velveeta cheese, 1 can old el paso mild ro-tel sauce and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown hamburger; drain off grease.
Add taco seasoning and water.
Simmer about 10 to 15 minutes.
Put in crock-pot; cut up Velveeta cheese and add to crock-pot.
Then stir in Ro-Tel sauce. Heat on low until cheese is all melted.
Keep hot in crock-pot and serve with tortilla chips.
