Mexican Cornbread Salad
Mexican Cornbread Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. crumbled mexican cornbread, 1 (15 oz.) can crowder peas, drained, 1/2 c. chopped smoked sausage, 1/2 c. chopped cucumber and 1/2 c. chopped fresh tomato, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine crumbled cornbread, peas, sausage, cucumber and tomato.
Toss to mix.
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and dip. Mix well and add to cornbread mixture, stirring until well mixed. Spoon onto a bed of shredded lettuce
