👨🍳 Instructions
Fry meat about 10 minutes and drain.
In separate bowl, mix corn meal, salt, soda, eggs, and milk; add corn and mix well.
Pour 1/2 of the batter into a pan; add meat, onion, pepper, and cheese; next add the remaining batter over the meat mixture.
Bake 1 hour at 350°.
