👨🍳 Instructions
Mix cornmeal, egg, creamed corn and milk.
Add 1 lb. cooked (not browned) hamburger meat, cheese, onion and peppers.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into a hot oiled iron skillet and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 425 to 450°.
Serves 6-8.
