Mexican Chicken Casserole
Mexican Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. chicken breasts (4), 2 medium pkg. cool ranch chips, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, jalapeño, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Boil and debone chicken.
In a large casserole dish, crush one bag chips; sprinkle on the bottom of dish.
Add chicken on top of chips.
Melt cheese and soups on low heat.
Pour over chicken. Crush other bag of chips and put over top.
Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
Cook at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
