Mexican Chicken Casserole
Mexican Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 or 4 cooked chicken breasts, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 1/2 cans milk and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In 3-quart saucepan, add soups and milk.
Add boned chicken in small pieces, onion and green chilies; heat well. Spray oblong baking dish.
Alternate layers: tortillas, meat mixture and cheese.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes covered.
Can top with sliced black olives.
Serve with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and picante sauce.
