Mexican Chicken
Mexican Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large chicken breasts, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 can ro-tel tomatoes, 1 c. chopped bell pepper and 1 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Boil chicken, peel off skin.
Remove from bone.
Mix soup, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, chili powder and 1/2 cup of cheese.
Mix well.
Grease large Pyrex pan, line bottom with Doritos and then place chicken on top of Doritos.
Pour mixed ingredients over chicken.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Remove and pour remaining Doritos and cheese over top.
Put in oven until cheese melts.
