Mexican Chicken
Mexican Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, boiled, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 large bag taco chips and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil chicken for 30 minutes and debone.
Place meat on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Crush 1/2 bag chips; sprinkle on top of chicken.
Add sliced Velveeta on top of chips.
Blend both soups and Ro-Tel together.
Pour this over cheese.
Add last of 1/2 chips, crumbled on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
