Mexican Chicken
Mexican Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, 1 bag tortilla chips, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can ro-tel and 1 can cheddar cheese soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil chicken until done (approximately 45 minutes).
Cut chicken into chunks.
Butter casserole dish and put chicken on the bottom.
For second layer, crumble 1/2 bag of chips.
For third layer, mix cream of mushroom soup and Ro-Tel together.
Pour over other layer.
For fourth layer, crush remainder of chips.
Top with Cheddar cheese soup.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
