Mexican Chicken
Mexican Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 boiled chicken, deboned and cut bite size, 1 c. ro-tel tomatoes, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat soup (do not dilute) and Ro-Tel tomatoes in pot.
In 1 1/2-quart baking dish, alternate layers of Doritos, onion, chicken and cheese. Pour soup mixture over top.
