Mexican Chicken
Mexican Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, 1 c. chicken broth, 1 can cream mushroom soup, 1 can cream chicken soup and 1 lg. bag doritos, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Bake chicken breasts, cool, cut into cubes.
Mix together both cans of soup, broth, Ro-Tel and onion in large bowl.
Place 1/2 bag of doritos into bottom of greased casserole dish.
Place cubed chicken on top of doritos; pour soup mixture over chicken and doritos, slice velveeta cheese and place on top of soup mixture crush other 1/2 bag of doritos and cover the top of casserole. Bake in oven at 325Β° about 30 minutes or until bubbles up and cheese is melted.
