Mexican Chicken
Mexican Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cut in pieces and salted, taco sauce (hot, medium or mild), 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated and tortilla chips, broken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place chicken pieces in greased casserole and pour taco sauce over chicken according to taste.
Cover casserole and bake at 350Β° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
Sprinkle cheese over top of chicken and cover with broken tortilla chips.
Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted and chips are hot.
Serves 4 to 6.
