Mexican Cherry Cobbler
Mexican Cherry Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 or 12 flour tortillas, 2 tbsp. cherry pie filling, 1/2 c. oleo, 1 c. water and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In 9 x 13-inch glass casserole, place flour tortillas rolled up with cherry pie filling.
In each saucepan, cook oleo with water, sugar, red coloring and almond flavoring.
Bring to boil and pour over top of tortillas.
Let set 1 hour.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serves 12.
