Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground lean beef, 1 onion, chopped, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can green chilies, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown meat and onion; drain.
Add salt and other ingredients, except cheese and tortillas.
In lightly greased casserole, alternate tortillas, meat mixture and cheese.
