Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 large bag nacho cheese chips, 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tbsp. onion salt and 1 can enchilada sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook meat, garlic and onion together.
Crush 1/2 bag of nacho chips and place in bottom of casserole dish.
Put half of meat on crushed chips.
Mix soups, Ro-Tel and enchilada sauce together. Put 1/2 on top of meat.
Add next half of crushed chips, rest of meat, remainder of soups and place shredded cheese on top of casserole and cook for 1 hour at 350Β°.
