Brown beef and onion; drain.
Add next 6 ingredients and pour into a 2-quart casserole dish, coated with cooking spray.
Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits, then partially separate each biscuit.
Press 1 cube of cheese into each one and insert.
Roll into cornmeal.
Arrange around edge of hot meat mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Serves 6.
