Mexican Casserole

Brown beef, onion and garlic.
Stir in tomato sauce, water and seasonings.
Grease a 3-quart casserole dish, then alternate layers of meat, beans and corn chips.
Bake covered at 350° for 30 minutes.
Uncover and top with cheese, then bake for 10 minutes more.
Garnish with grated cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped onion, chopped tomato and chopped jalapeños.
