Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 medium onion, 18 corn tortillas (frozen), 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown meat and onion.
Add rest of liquids to make sauce.
Put meat mix in bottom of casserole dish.
Use tortilla shells for next layer.
Alternate to the top of the dish with meat and tortillas.
Top with grated cheese.
Put in 350° to 400° oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
