Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 lb. mexican velveeta cheese, 3 tbsp. chili powder, 1 can ro-tel and 1 c. cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown meat and chili powder together.
Drain grease.
Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish with chips.
Spread meat over chips. Add another layer of chips.
Spread beans and chop onion over chips.
Add another layer of chips.
Spread soup over these. Slice cheese on top and pour Ro-Tel over it.
Bake in 350Β° oven, covered with foil for 45 minutes.
