Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 can chicken soup and 1 can ro-tel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown ground beef.
Cook with chopped onion, garlic salt and salt and pepper to taste.
Heat mushroom soup, chicken soup, Ro-Tel and taco sauce in pan.
Mix soup mixture with meat.
Place layer of Fritos in casserole dish.
Alternate layer of meat mixture, grated cheese and Fritos.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes, uncovered.
