Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bag tortilla chips, crushed, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 lb. ground beef, cooked, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, cut in strips and 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Bake in 11 x 13-inch pan or casserole. Dilute soup with 1/2 can water in a bowl; stir and set aside. Combine Ro-Tel tomatoes with salsa and set aside.
Layer all ingredients in pan, starting with chips and ending with cheese and chips.
You may make 2 or 3 layers of each ingredient.
Bake about 15 minutes or until bubbly.
